Automation Test Lead Position

We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Lead to join our team. As a key member of our software development process, you will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, strong technical skills, and excellent leadership abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and execute automated tests to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on testing best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
  • 6+ years of test automation experience
  • 2+ years of technical experience in Selenium with C#
  • Strong hands-on knowledge in C# programming language
  • Experience in BDD, Spec flow, designing and implementing different automation frameworks
  • Exposure to API & Webservices testing using Postman, SOAP UI or any automation libraries
  • Knowledge on SQL
  • Hands-on experience in using SCM tools such as Github, Bitbucket etc., and Continuous Integration tool Azure DevOps/Jenkins
  • Agile / SCRUM Project participation experience
