Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests to detect early bugs in the Software Development Lifecycle, collaborating closely with development teams to promote continuous alignment.
  • Implementing automated tests for multiple testing scenarios in the context of various country instances is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Continuously extending the coverage of automation tests to support early detection of bugs and risks.
  • Working closely with country distribution and core domain squads to ensure software quality goals are being achieved.
  • Propose process improvements in the context of our continuous improvement strategy and drive their implementation.
  • Mastery of all necessary tools and components required to perform assigned tasks.
  • Follow software development best practices and methodologies adopted by our company.
  • Produce relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality as everyone's responsibility strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid experience with automated testing, with at least 7 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of at least one software development language.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.
Additional Benefits:
  • Experience building Load/Stress Tests, using tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark or similar.
  • Experience in a continuous integration/deployment environment.
  • Experience building tests in the context of a microservice/SOA architecture.
  • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured,or similar tools.
