Quality Control Instrumentation Executive

This role requires a Quality Control Instrumentation Executive who will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and calibration of analytical instruments used in quality testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Instrument Maintenance & Calibration: Ensure all laboratory instruments, such as HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometers, and others are properly calibrated, maintained and verified to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with instrumentation, ensuring minimal downtime and accurate results.
  3. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and other regulatory guidelines. Maintain detailed records of calibration, maintenance and validation activities.
  4. Method Development & Validation: Support the development and validation of new testing methods and ensure instruments are suitable for the required analytical procedures.
  5. Training & Support: Provide training to QC staff on the operation and troubleshooting of instruments. Offer technical support and guidance on instrumentation-related queries.
  6. Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data generated from QC instruments, ensuring it aligns with regulatory expectations.
Requirements

This position requires individuals with expertise in instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, compliance and documentation, method development and validation, training and support, and data integrity.
