At ADCI HYD 16 SEZ, we are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Operations Manager to lead our investigations team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for risk management, and the ability to drive process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of investigation specialists who investigate transactions on Amazon platforms and take appropriate actions based on processes, tools, and high-judgment decisions.
- Provide leadership and administrative support to your team and manage them to achieve and constantly improve service levels based on forecast and capacity, minimize the impact of bad debt by achieving targets, achieve process improvement, ensure road-mapped project execution, and focus on the people development of your team.
- Identify trends in team performance and recommend/implement changes to constantly raise the Performance levels in the team.
- Participate in strategic planning, project road-mapping activities, and identify new projects that address issues outside the normal areas of responsibility or expertise required by their process.
- 4+ years of operational and/or retail management experience
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred; equivalent and relevant work experience considered
- Ability to function in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment
- Interpersonal, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation), and written communication skills desired
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: MBA in relevant field of Operations, Exposure to quality tools like Six Sigma, Lean operations, etc., Risk Operations knowledge, Should have Managed a team of 15-20 Direct reports, Ability to function in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment, Interpersonal, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation), and written communication skills desired
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000-$200,000 depending on location and experience.
