About This Role

This key position plays a pivotal role in strengthening vendor risk management efforts and detecting fraud and abuse within vendor relationships.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with various business lines to identify and prevent fraudulent activities among hundreds of millions of e-Commerce transactions globally. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop innovative solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency in our risk management processes.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement cutting-edge risk management processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.
    • Conduct thorough audits and deep dives to identify areas of improvement and recommend effective solutions to senior executives and other stakeholders.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best-in-class risk and control principles, regulatory expectations, and governance processes to ensure compliance.
    • Collaborate with process owners to design and implement data-driven risk assessments that contribute to accurate risk-based evaluations.
    • Utilize analytical tools and expertise to drive process improvements and optimize existing policies and procedures.
    • Develop high-quality documents and reports detailing audit findings and recommendations, ensuring clarity and concision in written communication.
    • Work effectively with various stakeholders to resolve complex problems through deep-dive walkthroughs and quality reviews of evidence.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or mathematics.
    • 3-5 years of experience in risk management, project management, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts, including their application in generating process improvements.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) and SQL.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and recommendations.
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders at varying levels of the organization.
    • Ability to work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment, handling case triaging and escalation responsibilities.
