**Job Description:

As a Senior Financial Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with tax compliance, audits, and other financial activities. You will work closely with the accounting teams to implement appropriate solutions and ensure that all financial transactions are in line with regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing tax audits, inquiries, and notices from tax authorities
  • Maintaining documentation and records related to tax filings, provisions, and other tax-related activities
  • Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on financial issues, including tax implications of business decisions and transactions
  • Staying updated with changes in tax laws and regulations in India and proactively identifying potential risks or opportunities for the organization

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A qualified or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation
  • Experience in Direct and Indirect Taxes
  • Familiarity with ERP software like Tally, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in handling different kinds of audits like Statutory, Internal, and Departmental
