Traditionally, Employee Health Benefits focused on insurance/hospitalization benefits only; secondary care. Today, 90% of individual healthcare and wellness-related expenses in India are out-of-pocket for primary care: mental wellness, fitness, nutrition, diagnostics, medicines, and regular doctor appointments.

In a professional setting, such offerings often lack or are provided through various platforms. This creates a disconnected experience for employees, with limited utilization and engagement.

This is where our solutions come in - a one-stop solution for all employee health benefits needs. We help Companies build Customized Wellness solutions focused on primary care aspects like fitness, mental health, doctor teleconsultation, OPD programs, etc. for employees and their families, reducing out-of-pocket expenses and creating healthier workforces.

Our high-energy team is scaling across all engineering functions. As a Data Engineer, you will have a direct impact on tooling/development cycles/testing frameworks. You'll work as part of our team that's pushing high-quality code on NodeJS, ensuring data integrity across multiple data storages (DB/Kafka/S3, etc) while balancing speed/quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Process data according to guidelines.
  • Help develop reports and analyses.
  • Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Identify and develop data pipelines to support data standardization.
  • Handle multiple sources of data, structure large data sets to find usable information, and come up with standardized schema.
  • Use graphs, infographics, data dumps, cohorts, heat maps, clusters, and other methods to visualize data.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Variety of skills and qualifications to solve problems using large amounts of data.
  • Good knowledge of databases.
  • Good Coding skills in languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
  • Reporting and data visualization skills using software.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
  • Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
