Job Title

Data Architect Role

A Data Architect at Movate designs and implements data models, mappings, and migration procedures for our systems. They also configure integrations between Workday and third-party applications.

Responsibilities
  • Data Management
    • Develops data mapping specifications and transformation rules
    • Performs data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities
    • Creates and executes data conversion scripts and processes
  • System Integration
    • Configures integrations between Workday and third-party applications
    • Develops integration specifications and technical designs
    • Troubleshoots integration issues and implements solutions
    • Monitors integration performance and implements optimizations
  • Technical Configuration & Development
    • Designs and implements Snowflake data models optimized for HR analytics
    • Creates and maintains Snowflake objects (tables, views, stored procedures)
    • Develops SQL transformations within Snowflake for reporting requirements
    • Configures Workday modules according to design specifications
    • Buil
    • Builds and maintains business processes, security configurations, and reports
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Develops reporting solutions using Snowflake as the data source
    • Creates data visualization dashboards connected to Snowflake
    • Builds self-service reporting capabilities for HR and business users


Requirements

  • Experience & Skills
    • Has 3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, data management, or system integration
    • Has 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday/Greenhouse data conversion, integration, or reporting
    • Has experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms
    • Has experience with architecting or working with ELT technologies (such as DBT) and data architectures
