Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Visionary Design Associate to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our platform and internal dashboards.

You will be responsible for designing clean, modern, and user-friendly UI components, creating high-fidelity mockups, and developing prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

In this role, you will also assist in maintaining and evolving our brand identity, ensuring consistency across typography, color palette, iconography, and brand elements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop visually engaging UI components that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
  • Prepare design specifications and assets for implementation.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Design (B.Des/related) or have relevant internship/project experience in UI/Product/Branding design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI and branding projects.
  • Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools for faster iterations.
  • Understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Availability of ~6 hours per day during the internship.
