Job Opportunity: Legal Associate Role

About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Associate to support our business and operational teams with contract management and legal risk assessment.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements including service contracts, vendor agreements, consultancy contracts, and NDAs.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to cybersecurity and technology services.
  • Liaising with external legal consultants, advisors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Supporting business and operational teams with contract management and legal risk assessment.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and repository of agreements, legal notices, and filings.
  • Assisting in dispute resolution, legal research, and compliance documentation.
