Job Description

A leading global advertising agency is seeking an experienced legal counsel to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, employment law, and intellectual property law.

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the agency's various departments. This will include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on employment law matters, and managing litigation and arbitration matters.

You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to ethics, compliance, data privacy, and generative artificial intelligence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • LL.B with 6-8 years post-qualification experience as an in-house lawyer and/or in law firms.
  • Experience in the Media & Entertainment or Information Technology industry is an advantage.
  • Diplomas in legal vocations/subjects such as advertising laws, media and entertainment, intellectual property rights, data privacy, or compliance are desirable but not mandatory.
