Job Role:

Senior Financial Lawyer

This senior role requires a seasoned legal professional with a strong background in financial law, particularly in derivatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with complex financial contracts and agreements, including ISDA Master Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, and Confidentiality Agreements.

The successful candidate will possess sound knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and the ability to negotiate international commercial contracts effectively. They must also demonstrate excellent collaboration and team management skills, as well as the ability to self-motivate and train teams on derivative documents.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating high-level financial contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expert advice on financial market trends and regulatory compliance.

A bachelor's degree in law or a related field is required, along with 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Experience in training teams and mentoring junior staff is highly desirable, as is advanced knowledge of finance-based contracts and market analysis.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, which involves regular interaction with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
