Job Opportunity: Senior Counsellor

We are seeking an accomplished senior counsellor to spearhead growth in the rapidly expanding education technology sector. As a senior counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in driving business forward and providing expert guidance to students.

  • You will be responsible for identifying universities based on various criteria, including course offerings, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial considerations.
  • You will need to possess a passion for helping students make informed decisions about their educational pursuits, providing impartial and honest advice throughout the process.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills.
  • Prior experience in counselling students, preferably in the study abroad sector, is highly desirable.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our customer relationship management system and providing presentations on behalf of the company through webinars, seminars, and virtual counseling sessions via Zoom and Google meet.

In addition, you will provide students with clear and concise information, answering all inquiries promptly and efficiently. We value flexibility and adaptability in this role, with a willingness to work according to the needs of the organization.
