Job Title: Team Finance Business Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with commercial teams to drive franchise business, liaising with partners for timely closure of commercial arrangements.
  • Support contract execution, updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing.
  • Follow up with partners for payment collection and monitor overdue payments.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with contracts.
  • Validate partner-reported data and highlight discrepancies.
  • Assist finance with franchise partner account management and payment reconciliation.
  • Act as a query response mechanism for the finance team.
  • Prepare committee documents.
  • Fulfill various ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with internal finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.
  • External and Internal Audit Liaison.

Experience and Key Skills:

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
