**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Rug Designer to join our team in South Delhi. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and modern rug designs that showcase our company's commitment to quality and style.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop creative concepts for new rug designs, including themes and collections
  • Create detailed plans for the creative direction of our company across different product lines
  • Design rugs in various qualities and textures, identifying the best materials and weaves for each collection
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and ideas in fibres, yarns, and weaves
  • Plan exhibition stand designs to showcase our collections
  • Render rug designs in room settings for marketing purposes
  • Design catalogues and social media posts to promote our brand
  • Travel to factories and exhibitions as needed

**Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in rug design or a related field
  • Knowledge of carpet techniques, including hand tufting, hand knotting, and handloom weaving
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, CorelDraw, and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of Galaincha software preferred
