Deal Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Deal Management Expert. This role is responsible for establishing and managing small customer business agreements, ensuring their consistent execution through organizational planning.

  • Drive profitability for MasterCard and customers by identifying and working with all required stakeholders.
  • Establish mutually quantifiable goals that align with the company's objectives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of internal guidelines, pricing, regulatory environment, and business environment.
  • Apply established measures to drive profitability and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the European Sales Team to build profitable deals structure.
  • Prioritize business opportunities independently and ensure integrity, compliance, and tracking of business cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
  3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Provide training and advice to account teams on the business case process and financial model.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in financial roles, customer-facing roles, and leadership positions.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive individual.
  • Ability to summarize complex information, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
