Principal Trading Platform Quality Assurance Expert

As a seasoned Quality Assurance (QA) professional, you will lead and execute comprehensive QA activities on our trading platform. Your primary objective will be to ensure the functionality, performance, and stability of the platform across various environments.
You will own and manage the entire QA lifecycle for the trading platform, encompassing planning, test case development, execution, and defect management. You will collaborate closely with trading and IT teams to gain a thorough understanding of system requirements, user needs, and business processes to identify critical areas for testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing detailed test plans and strategies for Endur and related tools
- Collaborating with business analysts and developers to ensure proper testing coverage for new functionalities, features, and system integrations
- Utilizing your expertise in Endur (or similar trading platforms) to identify potential risks, assess system behavior, and ensure that critical trading workflows are functioning correctly
- Mentoring and guiding junior QA team members
- Defining, implementing, and enforcing QA best practices, standards, and methodologies across all projects
Our ideal candidate is a highly experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Consultant with extensive experience in quality assurance for financial or trading applications, expertise in Endur/Findur, and a deep understanding of trading operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of Endur Experience
- Extensive experience in QA within trading or financial platforms, with a focus on testing complex trading systems
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Endur or similar trading platforms
- Experience in functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing within a complex trading environment
