Financial Analyst Role Overview:

This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's Bottling and Topline teams, particularly during weekly and periodic financial closures. The ideal candidate will lead the Bottling P&L model and contribute to key Topline activities, including national funding requests, risk assessments, alignment tracking, the Topline COC model, and daily sales performance monitoring.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive support to the Sector team for the Weekly, periodic close results and preparation of forecast and AOP for Topline and Bottling.
  2. Maintain reports to track key metrics such as business volume and revenue performance.
  3. Work on Bottling P&L (Calendarized Model), focusing on financial performance analysis. Build AOP and Forecast for the Division level.
  4. Conduct analysis of actual vs. forecast and actual vs. plan variances.
  5. Highlight critical KPIs and financial indicators to assist in business decision-making and performance evaluation.
  6. Develop and manage models, tools and reporting.
  7. Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business results and insights for close results.
  8. Collaborate with Control and Finance functions on ad-hoc projects.
  9. Hands-on experience with Mosaic (TM1) system and Cockpit tool for financial reporting and analysis.
  10. Utilize Mosaic (TM1) for efficient data modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  11. Cockpit (2.0/3.0) tool for real-time dashboards and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience managing a P&L
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance, planning and/or accounting
  • CA / MBA preferred
  • Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems like SDW, SAP, FPS, Business Objects, Essbase & TREE
  • Tableau knowledge
  • Strong excel skills
  • Able to work independently and takes initiative
  • Capable of managing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented; organized in approach and document maintenance
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
  • Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
