Pod Spanner Support Specialist

The role of a Pod Spanner Support Specialist at our organization involves providing expert technical assistance to our development teams. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving complex issues related to API development, CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance, and infrastructure-as-code tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-performance APIs using Go (Golang) with a strong focus on scalability.
  • Create and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment of applications.
  • Configure and manage infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bazel, YAML, or Terraform to optimize resource utilization.
  • Design and optimize database schemas to meet business requirements and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues using logs and monitoring tools to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in API development using Go (Golang) with a strong understanding of performance optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bazel, YAML, or Terraform with a focus on optimization and scalability.
  • Basic understanding of database design and schema concepts with a focus on data modeling and normalization.
  • Solid debugging experience with logs and monitoring tools across complex systems with a focus on problem-solving and analysis.
