Job Title: Software Development Expert - Educator

We are seeking a skilled software development expert to join our team as an educator. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise in backend development with instructing students in the same field.

About the Role:

  • You will contribute to the design and delivery of our backend curriculum, ensuring it reflects real-world practices and industry needs.
  • As a mentor, you will provide guidance to students during labs and projects, helping them develop their skills and address challenges.
  • You will work closely with faculty members and other teams to align our curriculum with industry requirements.
  • Your primary focus will be on developing students' backend skills, including knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, databases, APIs, and MERN stack.
  • Continuous learning is essential in this role, and you will be expected to stay updated with the latest technologies and bring industry insights into the classroom.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-10 years of professional experience as a software developer/engineer, with a strong focus on backend development (preferably MERN stack).
  • You must have proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design.
  • Strong understanding of backend fundamentals, such as RESTful APIs, authentication, server-side logic, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Possession of a passion for knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and guiding students.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in mentoring, corporate training, or teaching.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching tools and methodologies.
  • Exposure to system design and scalable backend architectures.
