Regional Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop BD strategy for global accounts growth objectives
  2. Lead sales and account management teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve monthly order forecasting goals
  3. Grow business share, expand customer relationships, and identify influencers and decision-makers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop value-creating solutions and ensure timely shipments and payments.

Identify new markets and customers for existing and pipeline products, and provide market research and intelligence to inform export strategies.

Requirements:
  1. At least 15 years of industry experience in API sales and BD (India focus preferred)
  2. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and relationship management abilities
  3. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with incomplete information
