About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team in promoting solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and agricultural clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting daily field meetings with potential customers to pitch our solar solutions.
  • Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and meeting monthly order targets.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to drive customer interest through various campaigns.
  • Managing end-to-end documentation for customer onboarding, including subsidy applications and net-metering agreements.
  • Ensuring smooth post-sales processes, coordinating with installation teams and addressing customer queries to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Tracking leads, sales progress, and customer interactions using tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms.
  • Providing regular reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and market feedback to senior management.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, with strong phone and presentation abilities.
  • Liaison with all stakeholders concerning project deliverables.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable to extensive field travel (50 km/day average).
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Frequency
