Renewable Energy Design Professional

This is a full-time remote role for a Renewable Energy Design Professional.

As a Renewable Energy Design Professional, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing solar energy systems. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting site assessments, analyzing solar potential, designing system layouts, and creating electrical drawings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of solar projects.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in solar design including the use of software such as AutoCAD PVsyst Helioscope or similar.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and codes as well as solar industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform site assessments and determine solar potential.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy policies and regulations.
  • Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
