About this Role:

  • Accounting entries are posted and proper books of accounts are maintained.
  • Petty Cash Entries and Bank Reconciliations are managed.
  • Workings for GST / TDS Returns are prepared and filed.
  • Sales Invoice is prepared in ERP and sent to customers in a timely manner.
  • Accounts payable and receivables are managed.
  • Travel and hotel bookings for the organization are handled, ensuring payments are within prescribed limits.
  • Employee reimbursements are handled according to company policy.
  • Office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kit stock is maintained, with vendors paid on time.
  • Office utilities such as AC, internet, electricity, water, etc. are ensured to be working properly, with timely payments made.
  • AMC Contracts like AC, Pest Control, Coffee Machine, etc. are renewed on a timely basis, with servicing also done.
  • Expense Bills/ Vendor Invoices / Other Documents are maintained in physical and scanned forms.
  • Final Accounts are prepared to assist the Auditor in completing Statutory and Transfer Pricing Audit.

Qualifications

A graduate or postgraduate degree in accounting or commerce is required.
