Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our demand planning initiatives. As an experienced expert in SAP IBP, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in demand planning or a related field with a strong track record of leadership.
  • Proven expertise in SAP IBP and demand forecasting processes with the ability to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong attention to detail.
