Senior Quality Assurance Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Quality Assurance professional to join our team. As a key member of the quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet the required standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of software functionality.
  • Analyze and report defects to development teams, providing detailed reproduction steps and expected results.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve overall software quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing.
  • Expertise in functional, regression, integration, and compatibility testing.
  • Hands-on experience with database testing and defect management tools like TestRail, TestLink, and Jira.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Agile methodologies experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
