Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to develop and execute automated tests, create test cases, and perform manual testing as needed.

This full-time remote role involves collaborating with development teams to ensure software quality, addressing issues during testing, designing quality assurance processes, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

  • Developing and executing automated tests using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Appium.
  • Creating test cases and performing manual testing as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Developing and maintaining test cases and ensuring thorough testing of all product features.
  • Identifying and reporting defects to the development team for resolution.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in QA Automation Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with customers.
  • Proficiency in coding and ability to learn new frameworks.
  • Experience with APM platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, or ELK.
  • Skills in automation Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, and creating Test Cases.
  • Ability to build testing automation framework from scratch and integration with CI/CD pipeline.
  • Proficiency in Software Testing and understanding of Software Development principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is mandatory.
  • Ability to present QA Automation solutions to customers and leadership.
  • Experience with eCommerce and CRM in an enterprise setting.
