Content Manager Job Description

We are looking for a Content Manager to oversee end-to-end YouTube channel operations, including content uploading, scheduling, and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling YouTube Ops, including brainstorming and executing marketing ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content amplification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Manage end-to-end YouTube channel operations, ensuring timely uploads, scheduling, and optimization of content.
  • Campaign Ideation: Brainstorm and execute marketing ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content amplification.
  • Project & Finance Tracking: Maintain project agreements, timelines, and ensure smooth payment/closure follow-ups.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with other teams for integrated promotional activities.
  • SEO Knowledge: Apply knowledge of YouTube SEO—tags, descriptions, thumbnails, keywords—to enhance content visibility and reach.
  • Analytical Skills: Monitor YouTube analytics and suggest strategies for growth.
  • Communication & Organization: Coordinate, follow-up, and report on projects and tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in YouTube Ops.
  • Fluent in Bengali Language.
  • Creativity and willingness to learn new tools and trends.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
