About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic individual to lead the operations and growth of our YouTube channel. This role involves managing day-to-day content publishing, optimization, and community engagement while aligning with broader content and campaign strategies.
- Manage all aspects of the YouTube channel's operations.
- Upload, schedule, and publish video content with SEO-driven titles, tags, and descriptions.
- Monitor channel analytics (retention, CTR, watch time, etc.) and provide insights to improve performance.
- Create and update playlists, thumbnails, and end screens to enhance viewer navigation and retention.
- Coordinate with video editors, scriptwriters, and storytelling teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Moderate and respond to viewer comments, fostering a positive community.
- Ensure brand tone and campaign consistency across video assets.
Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing YouTube channels, preferably for a content-driven organization, and is well-versed in YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience development. They possess excellent written communication and coordination skills, as well as a passion for social impact and storytelling.
