Bridge Design and Project Management Expert

The role involves taking responsibility for Rail bridge design, Viaduct & Structure design, with a strong emphasis on project management from conception to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of Rail bridge design, Viaduct & Structure design, and project management from start to finish.
  • Collaborating with engineers of different ranks, liaising with sub-agencies, and building relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors.
  • Planning and delivering bridge surveys and inspections, including recording relevant information.
  • Managing project delivery, ensuring budget and resource deployment.
  • Taking responsibility for project delivery to agreed milestones.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience working on Nordic projects.
  • Familiarity with Eurocode, Danish national annexures, and Danish/BDL standards.
  • Proficiency in software requirements like Sofistick, Midas, Open Bridge, Oasys.
