Lead Technical Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated technical lead to oversee and guide our development team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in software development, system integration, and leadership skills to drive project success, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, including integration across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications using advanced software development methodologies.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Oversee integration between backend systems (SAP HANA/Java) and frontend applications (SAP UI5/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)
    • SAP HANA (database design, SQL, stored procedures)
    • SAP UI5 / Fiori
    • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
