Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to spearhead cross-functional initiatives across various business units. This role demands exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in program management methodologies to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects of varying size and complexity across different functions.
  • Methodology Development: Define and establish best practices for program governance, including creating templates and documenting processes.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge management system (KMS) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and track program risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure proactive mitigation and resolution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors through clear communication and regular updates.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee project managers and scrum masters to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor progress, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to senior leadership.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel as needed to support program needs.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree with proven program/project management experience.
  • Formal training in program and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
  • A track record of successful program delivery across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation.
