Job Title: Strategic Program Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation through completion.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all project goals align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
