Vama Events Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) in the medical fraternity and has vast experience of organising and managing a wide range of conventions, conferences, symposiums and seminars on a global level.
They cater to end-to-end conferences concerning solutions pan India basis. They consult, collaborate and communicate with associations, societies and organisations to define and deliver tailor made conference management solutions.
By combining innovative ideas with expert domain knowledge, they assist brands in reaching their target audience and attaining their desired business results. They seek to add value through innovation and creativity, aligning themselves with clients' goals, delivering services that meet quality, schedules and cost objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the exhibition and event industry.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets along with cold calling
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proposal Development: Work closely with the design and production team, to create customized proposals that meet client needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the client and the company.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the exhibition, event, or related industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing a client base.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- Networking Ability: Strong ability to network and build relationships within the industry.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for clients.
