Job Description

The role of Customer Success Manager is a key position in our organization, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to our customers. This is not a routine role — it requires taking complete charge of solution delivery, building systems from scratch, obsessing over customer impact, and ensuring Agrocrete and BINDR projects succeed on speed, quality, and scale.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee on-site implementation and ensure adherence to speed and quality benchmarks.
  • Build systems from scratch and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Obsess over customer impact and ensure that every project succeeds on speed, quality, and scale.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Site Civil Engineer or Project/Site Architect with 3–6 years of industry experience. They will be a people's person, able to build relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams. The ability to travel extensively (up to 60–70% of time) is also essential.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Site Civil Engineer or Project/Site Architect.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
