Retail Area Operations Director

The successful candidate will lead a team of branch managers and cluster managers to achieve desired targets in sales, collection, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage area operations including sales, administration, and customer service to deliver high-quality results.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio for the area through effective performance monitoring and coaching.
- Ensure timely repayments of loans disbursed in the area by implementing robust risk management strategies.
- Deliver branch productivity and ensure sufficient manpower to achieve desired outcomes.
- Handhold team members to enhance their performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
- A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in sales and collection functions with a strong track record of achievement.
- Experience working with private commercial banks and large banks is highly desirable.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as graduation in any stream with a preference for MBA holders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills is essential for this role.
