About the Position
  • We are seeking a Product Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be a fresher with a passion for data-driven marketing, optimizing campaigns, and driving growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and oversee end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including Email, WhatsApp, Push, and SMS to enhance user engagement and retention.
  2. Design, implement, and track A/B tests to refine messaging, targeting, and overall campaign strategy, ensuring optimal results.
  3. Analyze campaign performance data and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive user engagement and retention initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
  5. Ensure accurate campaign data, reports, and dashboards are maintained to monitor performance and inform future strategies.
Requirements
  • B.Tech or related field graduate with a strong academic record.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization, with a focus on analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred) to support data analysis and decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
