Advanced AI/ML Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Analyst - Advanced to fill a key position in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with practical experience in developing models for the Oil & Gas industry.

This role requires collaboration with business and IT teams to translate domain requirements into effective AI solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and validating AI use case requirements.
  • Developing and testing machine learning models.
  • Cleansing and preparing data, as well as performing feature engineering.
  • Building and maintaining data pipelines using big data platforms.
  • Deploying and maintaining AI models, including automated retraining.
  • Ensuring adherence to AI governance policies and data security best practices.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML, with a preference for exposure to the Oil & Gas industry.

We value expertise in Python, ML libraries, SQL/NoSQL, and big data technologies. Familiarity with cloud ML platforms and MLOps fundamentals is also desired. Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
