Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer located on-site in Hyderabad. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions. Daily tasks include pattern recognition, building and optimizing neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and collaborating with software development teams to integrate AI functionalities. The role also involves research and implementation of new AI technologies to improve existing HRMS solutions.

  • Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
  • Computer Science and Software Development
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in developing HRMS-related AI solutions is a plus
