Job Title

Responsibilities
  • Develop intelligent contact flows that seamlessly integrate voice and SMS interactions with Amazon Connect.
  • Design and implement conversational interfaces utilizing Amazon Lex, ensuring a cohesive experience across channels.
  • Build, deploy, and manage serverless applications leveraging AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and Kinesis.
  • Utilize Amazon CloudWatch for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of solutions.
  • Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and manage access securely via AWS IAM.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers and ML specialists to effectively integrate AI/ML models into customer engagement platforms.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in designing and optimizing contact flows within Amazon Connect, including routing profiles, prompts, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in a range of AWS services such as Lambda, Amazon Lex, Kinesis, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform for efficient infrastructure automation.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with a focus on building scalable APIs.
  • Detailed understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, and AI applications in customer service.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IAM policies and security best practices in AWS.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools for call center data, such as Amazon QuickSight or similar.
