Job Title

Lead a team of technical professionals to achieve maximum availability of systems in a cost-effective manner, complying with all safety and legal norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations and maintenance of mechanical systems within the Passenger Terminal Building & Airside–Landside Facilities.
  • Lead the mechanical team responsible for maintenance at Nagpur Airport.
  • Develop performance metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Ensure optimal customer service support to all maintenance departments, airport divisions, airlines, concessionaires, and the traveling public.
  • Provide leadership to ensure compliance with airport safety systems, including testing and maintenance of fire alarms, sprinklers, and emergency communication systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 9-12 years of total experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Engineering Maintenance activities at airports.
