As a Technical Program Manager, you will assist in managing technical programs, drive project deliverables, and support cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and product goals.

This role offers hands-on experience in managing technical projects, exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration, insight into the end-to-end product development lifecycle, mentorship from senior program managers and engineers, and a chance to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning & Execution: Assist in defining and executing complex technical programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and product teams to understand technical requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track project progress and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and identify opportunities to improve team processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in program management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing or participating in technical projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • A basic understanding of software development processes.
