Job Description

The interior project coordinator oversees the on-site execution of interior projects ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

This role is responsible for managing daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication organizational and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with clients designers vendors and contractors to guarantee a seamless project experience.
  • Review design drawings and provide technical input and quality checks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project timelines track progress and address on-site challenges.
  • Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management.
  • Provide proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design Architecture or related field.
  • 1-4 years' experience in interior project/site execution.
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes installation standards and construction processes.
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication organizational and team coordination skills.
