UX Designer Position

As a UX designer at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences for financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces for banking websites, mobile apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design integration.
  • Participate in the development lifecycle from definition to release and maintenance.
  • Break down complex design challenges into manageable components and resolve them efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile design trends and standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in UX design.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is highly valued but not mandatory.
  • Proven expertise in designing web and mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of User Experience design principles, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
  • Deep understanding of human interface design guidelines, mobile platform designs, and relevant design tools.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
