Transform Complex Problems into Elegant Solutions

As a skilled User Experience (UX) Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that transform complex problems into elegant solutions. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user needs and translate them into seamless user experiences.

The UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that align with the company's vision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

You will be responsible for conducting user testing, gathering feedback, and refining designs for maximum impact. Additionally, you will define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user needs and create user-centered interfaces.
  • Design intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that align with the company's vision.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and validate ideas.
  • Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and refine designs for maximum impact.
  • Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • Leverage data, usability findings, and market trends to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality expectations.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization and champion the voice of the customer at every stage.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or digital content platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience conducting or collaborating on user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
