About This Role

This is a key position within the organization, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of HVAC systems.

This involves designing and developing innovative solutions for commercial and light industrial buildings. As a skilled professional with a passion for design, you will be responsible for creating accurate working drawings and ensuring seamless project execution.

Your expertise will be essential in resolving technical issues with site teams and maintaining ISO documentation and drawing logs. Additionally, you will support quantity take-offs and drawing approvals while monitoring productivity and assisting in QA/QC processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed designs for HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, ventilation, and smoke control.
  • Work closely with civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong foundation in HVAC design principles, including calculations and software proficiency.
  • Familiarity with GCC codes and Civil Defence requirements.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • PREFERRED: HVAC training certification and knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
