Service Designer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Designer to join our team. As a key member of our innovation program, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for corporate clients.

  • Create tailored innovation programs and detailed proposals that align with client-specific needs and objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities with clients where human-centered innovation can drive value.
  • Derive insights from user research to inform strategic directions and create qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams in the different phases of each project: user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Identify opportunities where service design and human-centered innovation can add client value.
  • Contribute to the evolution of service design methodologies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space (Accelerators, innovation hubs, or design agencies).
  • Mastery of user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • An exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • A basic understanding of technological trends and challenges.
  • Proficiency in presentation software such as PPT or Keynote.
