
Business Development Expert

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in the Gurgaon/Gurugram market.
- Engage with clients to demonstrate how our solutions can help them achieve their business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
- Achieve target revenue quotas by pitching and closing new business deals
- Update and create customized sales proposals that meet client needs
- Ensure repeat and larger business from existing clients through exceptional customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a degree in any field and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/business development. Additionally, they should be computer savvy and have a valid driver's license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of managing negotiations to successful closure
