Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This position will be responsible for delivering weekly business reviews and reports as per the mutually agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) with clients.

  • Ensure timely delivery of weekly business reviews and reports as per SLA.
  • Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with accuracy and ensure timely delivery as per SLA.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on transitions from clients and seek sign-off.
  • Define, develop, and maintain reports to support decision-making.
  • Identify trends, conduct follow-up analysis, highlight risks and opportunities, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in FP&A functions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • MBA Graduate.
  • Rich experience working with various aspects of FP&A.
  • Experience working in client environments and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with KPI reporting for senior leadership teams.
  • Knowledge of common performance metrics like Revenue, Margin, EBITDA, MQL, CAC, Bookings, and basic revenue recognition concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Good communication skills for executive communication.
