Job Description

As a Sales Operation Team Lead at Datamatics, you will be responsible for partnering with Finance & Sales management to establish and develop Business KPIs & reporting to drive business insights.

You will assist in developing and monitoring the annual budget for your assigned Sales teams, creating and managing accurate forecasts for the sales leaders/teams you support, and assisting in preparation of the monthly Executive Management Team Business Review.

Your key responsibilities will include developing territory and quota assignments for sales management and sales reps, following up on payment Dues/Receivables as per predefined credit terms, tracking and maintaining predefined TAT Order Processing for Customer/Partners with End to End coordination with Sales, Delivery and Finance, and providing after-sales support and service for Customers/Partner's & KSP's.

You will also provide support for Distributors/Vendor's, coordinate with Distributors for Query resolution, Inventory Management, Planning, and Replenishment for Distributor's /Vendor's for Customer Billing, handle inbound and outbound calls with the objective of collecting accounts for India, US and UAE, perform monthly reconciliation of Sales Projections and Forecast and Cost optimization, maintain Monthly Order Book for all win deals so as to analyze standard Margin closure are done, and manage Relationship with Vendors and Distributors.

A CA Inter Candidate with excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
